Are you looking for a bigger place to spend vour holiday with family or friends? You can rent our charming house (minimum stay 5 days)- 2 apartments of 100 sq.ft on two levels, fully equipped. Place for 6-7 persons. Price on request.

The apartments light-flooded makes you remember the good old times and a free feeling.

The kitchen are the heart of the apartments decorated with many lovely objects. This are the placec for happy get-togethers, good aromas and food.

In the livingrooms with red sofa or red chairs you find many books, parlor games, pictures, tv . A small balcony goes from the kitchen to the living room on the first floor overlooking the garden.

The 3 bedrooms have a special romantic flair. You sleep well in grandma's comfortable beds with high quality mattresses.

The bathrooms are newly renovated. They are light-flooded and the Richard Ginori tiles give the bathroom on the first floor its specific flair.

The dressing room offers you a lot of space for your clothes. The officeroom offers you a nice workingplace (in case you have to do)

If you are looking for a smaler place - the apartment on the first floor of 100 sq.ft. with 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 livingroom, 1 storeroom offers enough space for 2,3, 4 or 5 persons at the price of:

€ 165,00 - 175,00 for 2 persons per day

€ 40,00 extra person/child per day

€ 80,00 for final cleaning

€ 2,50 Touristtax per person/day /aged 14 and over)

Check-in after 4 pm - Check-out at 11am

In the price is included free Wi-Fi, mountain equipments and 2 bycicles for rent , table football and ping pong table.

Dogs and smoking in the house are not allowed

The garden

HOMELIKE. ADORABLE. LOVELY.

We keep our garden a bit wild. You can see the garden change with the four seasons. In a very quiet surrounding there are many trees, plants, flowers and also kiwis and wisterias. The garden also offers you nuts, figs and quinces. In summertime you can eat peaches, plums, cherries and apricots. A variety of herbs are all over the place and the little vegetable garden supplies lots of vegetarian food.

The green and natural lawn invites kids to play and adults to lay down in a long chair and to read a good book or to relax in peace and dream. In time of hot weather, our garden shower invites you to refresh yourself and enjoy life and nature. And our garden is also a lovely place for a barbecue on hot summer nights.

Our garden makes us very happy and offers our guests a place to relax.

Surroundings

South Tyrol is the region of a thousand facets and a thousand colours. From our territory, where the alpine spirit combines itself with the Mediterranean flair, originates, in fact a varied mix of languages, traditions, culinary specialities and culture.

Our house between Bolzano and Merano is located in a perfect position to discover the magic of South Tyrol. You have a very good connection to public transportation with buses or trains. There is a tennis court, a cycle way and the natural swimmingpool of Gargazzone just a few minutes from the house.
